SUBCHAPTER C. RESTRICTIONS ON GOODS AND SERVICES

A state agency may not use appropriated money to purchase an alcoholic beverage except for authorized law enforcement purposes. A state agency may not use appropriated money to pay or reimburse a travel expense that was incurred for an alcoholic beverage.
