SUBCHAPTER A. ESTABLISHMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF TEXAS BULLION DEPOSITORY

The comptroller shall submit to the governor and the legislature a report on the status, condition, operations, and prospects for the depository and depository participation each year not later than September 30.
