SUBCHAPTER G. PAYMENT PROVISIONS

(a) The contractor or seller of goods or services contracted for by the comptroller shall submit an invoice to the ordering agency at the address shown on the purchase order.

(b) The invoice shall be prepared and submitted as provided by rule of the comptroller.
