SUBCHAPTER B. COMMODITY ITEMS

The comptroller shall establish in the state treasury the clearing fund account. The account is a revolving fund account for the administration of Section 2157.068. The account is the depository for all money received from entities served under that section. Money in the account may be used only to administer that section or for any other purpose specified by the legislature.
