SUBCHAPTER A. PURCHASE OF PASSENGER VEHICLES

The purchasing requirements relating to alternatively fueled vehicles established by this subchapter do not apply if a state agency demonstrates that the state agency will incur net costs in meeting the requirements of this subchapter.
