SUBCHAPTER E. LEASE OF SPACE IN STATE-OWNED BUILDINGS TO PRIVATE TENANTS

The commission may permit a private tenant to sublease or assign space that the tenant leases. The commission must approve in writing all subleases and assignments of leases.
