  5. SUBCHAPTER E. DUTIES REGARDING INVESTMENTS

Not later than the 30th day after the date an investing entity receives a list provided under Section 2270.0201, the entity shall notify the comptroller of the listed companies in which the entity owns direct or indirect holdings.
