SUBCHAPTER E. HOUSING REHABILITATION CONTRACTS

A contract for housing rehabilitation that involves the expenditure of more than $3,000 and that is to be financed by loan funds applied by the department may not be made unless advertised in the same way as a contract under Chapter 252, Local Government Code.
