SUBCHAPTER B. GOVERNING BOARD AND DEPARTMENT

(a) The board shall issue an order after receiving a proposal for decision from the State Office of Administrative Hearings under Section 2306.045.

(b) The notice of the board's order given to the person must include a statement of the right of the person to judicial review of the order.
