SUBCHAPTER F. HOUSING FINANCE DIVISION: GENERAL PROVISIONS

(a) Copies of the annual budget certified by the presiding officer of the board shall be filed promptly with the governor and the legislature.

(b) The annual budget is not effective until filed.
