SUBCHAPTER G. HOUSING FINANCE DIVISION: GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES OF BOARD

The board shall have the specific duty and power to establish eligibility criteria for participation in the housing finance division's programs for individuals and families of low and very low income and families of moderate income.
