  5. SUBCHAPTER L. HOUSING FINANCE DIVISION: REGULATION OF HOUSING SPONSORS

The department may require a housing sponsor to pay the housing finance division fees for the cost of regulating the housing sponsor, including the cost of:

(1) examination;

(2) inspection;

(3) supervision; and

(4) auditing.
