SUBCHAPTER Y. TEXAS STATE AFFORDABLE HOUSING CORPORATION

The board of directors of the corporation shall develop and implement policies that clearly separate the policymaking responsibilities of the board of directors and the management responsibilities of the president and the staff of the corporation.
