SUBCHAPTER G. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF LOCAL WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARDS

In cooperation with the boards, the Texas Workforce Commission shall provide for the filing of unemployment insurance claims through career development centers in each local workforce development area.
