SUBCHAPTER G. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF LOCAL WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARDS

In addition to other programs approved by a board or permitted by another law, a child who is otherwise eligible for child care services funded by a board is eligible to receive the services while the child is enrolled in a federal Head Start program or in after-school care provided at a school.
