SUBCHAPTER G. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF LOCAL WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARDS

For purposes of obtaining federal matching funds for child care services, including after-school care provided at a school or a federal Head Start program, a board shall use money and in-kind services provided by a local school district or local education agency for those services to the extent permitted by federal law.
