SUBCHAPTER D. ADMINISTRATION OF READJUSTMENT ZONES

The governing body of a readjustment zone shall designate a liaison to communicate and negotiate with:

(1) the bank;

(2) the administrative authority, if one exists;

(3) a defense readjustment project; and

(4) other entities in or affected by the readjustment zone.
