Tex. Government Code § 30.00466: COURT REPORTER.

(a) The municipal judge shall appoint a court reporter under Section 30.00010, whose qualifications shall be determined by the judge or, if there is more than one municipal judge, by the presiding municipal judge.

(b) Repealed by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 691, Sec. 139(11), eff. Sept. 1, 1999.

(c) Section 30.00010(d) does not apply to this subchapter.
