Tex. Government Code § 30.00939: COURT REPORTER.

(a) For the purpose of preserving a record in cases tried before the municipal court, the city manager shall provide an official court reporter who has the qualifications provided by law for official court reporters.

(d) Section 30.00010(d) does not apply to this subchapter.
