Tex. Government Code § 30.01513: CLERK; OTHER PERSONNEL.

The city manager shall provide a clerk of the municipal courts of record. The city manager shall provide deputy clerks, warrant officers, and other personnel as needed for the proper operation of the municipal courts of record. The clerk and other court personnel shall perform their duties under the direction and control of the city manager.
