SUBCHAPTER C. GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS

In this title unless otherwise specified, a notice required by this title is sufficient if sent by registered or certified mail addressed to a person at:

(1) the address designated in any filing the person submitted to the commissioner; or

(2) the person's last known address.
