CHAPTER 4002. STATE SECURITIES BOARD AND SECURITIES COMMISSIONER
SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The State Securities Board is subject to Chapter 325 (Texas Sunset Act). Unless continued in existence as provided by that chapter, the board is abolished and this title expires September 1, 2031.
