CHAPTER 4002. STATE SECURITIES BOARD AND SECURITIES COMMISSIONER
SUBCHAPTER C. SECURITIES COMMISSIONER AND EMPLOYEES OF BOARD

The board shall appoint a securities commissioner who serves at the pleasure of the board and who, under the board's supervision, shall administer this title.
