SUBCHAPTER D. POWERS AND DUTIES OF BOARD AND COMMISSIONER

In applying the standards of this title, the commissioner may waive or relax any restriction or requirement in a board rule that, in the commissioner's opinion, is unnecessary for the protection of investors in a particular case.
