CHAPTER 4002. STATE SECURITIES BOARD AND SECURITIES COMMISSIONER
SUBCHAPTER E. CONSUMER INTEREST AND OTHER PUBLIC INTEREST INFORMATION

The board by rule shall develop and implement policies that provide the public with a reasonable opportunity to appear before the board and to speak on any issue under the board's jurisdiction.
