Tex. Government Code § 4003.101: ELIGIBILITY FOR REGISTRATION BY COORDINATION.

A security may be registered by coordination if a registration statement has been filed under the Securities Act of 1933 (15 U.S.C. Section 77a et seq.) in connection with the same offering.
