CHAPTER 4004. REGULATION OF DEALERS, INVESTMENT ADVISERS, DEALERS' AGENTS, AND INVESTMENT ADVISER REPRESENTATIVES
SUBCHAPTER F. EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION

A person who sells securities or who renders investment advising services after the person's registration has expired but before the registration is renewed is subject to the sanctions provided by this title for selling securities or rendering investment advice without being registered.
