SUBCHAPTER G. NOTICE FILINGS OF FEDERAL COVERED INVESTMENT ADVISERS AND CERTAIN REPRESENTATIVES OF FEDERAL COVERED INVESTMENT ADVISERS

This subchapter does not apply to an investment adviser or investment adviser representative who is exempt from registration under this title or by board rule.
