SUBCHAPTER G. NOTICE FILINGS OF FEDERAL COVERED INVESTMENT ADVISERS AND CERTAIN REPRESENTATIVES OF FEDERAL COVERED INVESTMENT ADVISERS

On the commissioner's receipt of a notice filing and fee payment that meet the requirements of Section 4004.302, the notice filing takes effect and is valid for the remainder of the calendar year.
