SUBCHAPTER A. EXEMPT TRANSACTIONS

The exemption provided by Section 4005.001 applies to the sale of a security made in other transactions or under other conditions not specified in this subchapter as the board by rule or order may define or prescribe, conditionally or unconditionally.
