SUBCHAPTER C. PROCEDURES FOR APPROVAL OF STOCK EXCHANGE

The commissioner's approval of a stock exchange must be made by a written order based on a finding of fact substantially in accordance with the requirements of Sections 4005.101 and 4005.102.
