SUBCHAPTER C. PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO CERTAIN FEES

If the commissioner or board determines that all or part of a registration fee should be refunded, the commissioner may make the refund by warrant on the state treasury from money appropriated from the general revenue fund for that purpose.
