SUBCHAPTER E. CRIMINAL PROVISIONS

(a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly violates a cease and desist order issued by the commissioner under Section 4007.101, 4007.102, or 4007.104.

(b) An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree.
