- SUBCHAPTER F. CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION
The Texas Commission on Law Enforcement is entitled to obtain from the department criminal history record information maintained by the department that relates to a person who is:
(1) an applicant for a license under Chapter 1701, Occupations Code; or
(2) the holder of a license under that chapter.
