SUBCHAPTER G. DNA DATABASE SYSTEM

An individual, including an individual required to provide a DNA sample under this subchapter, may at any time voluntarily provide or cause to be provided to a criminal justice agency a sample to be forwarded to the director for the purpose of creating a DNA record under this subchapter.
