CHAPTER 418. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
SUBCHAPTER I. WELLNESS CHECKS FOR MEDICALLY FRAGILE INDIVIDUALS DURING CERTAIN EMERGENCIES

The division shall authorize the following persons to access the emergency assistance registry to assist medically fragile individuals during an event described by Section 418.255:

(1) the commission;

(2) the department;

(3) first responders;

(4) local governments; and

(5) local health departments.
