- SUBCHAPTER J. MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM FOR COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMS ASSISTING VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES
(a) As the executive director authorizes, the commission shall disburse money appropriated to or obtained by the commission for the matching grant program directly to grant recipients.
(b) The commission may use a reasonable amount not to exceed five percent of the money appropriated by the legislature for the purposes of this subchapter to pay the administrative costs of implementing this subchapter.
