Tex. Government Code § 437.252: LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL ASSISTANCE.

Funds, other property, or services may be donated to a unit of the Texas National Guard by any public or private entity, including:

(1) a state agency or department;

(2) a political subdivision, including a county, municipality, or public school district; or

(3) a special purpose district or authority.
