SUBCHAPTER I. ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW AND JUDICIAL ENFORCEMENT

The commission shall investigate a complaint arising under Section 437.204 and determine if there is reasonable cause to believe that the respondent engaged in an unlawful employment practice as alleged in the complaint.
