SUBCHAPTER A-1. AFFILIATED NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS; FRIENDS OF THE TEXAS HISTORICAL COMMISSION

In this subchapter, "organization" means an affiliated nonprofit organization established under Section 442.005(p), including the Friends of the Texas Historical Commission or any other affiliated nonprofit organization referenced in this chapter.
