Tex. Government Code § 470.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Council" means the Advisory Council on Cultural Affairs.

(2) "State agency" includes an institution of higher education as defined by Section 61.003, Education Code.
