SUBCHAPTER B. ACTIONS OF OFFICE AND STATE AGENCIES IN RELATION TO GAMES

The office shall approve or deny a request under Section 475.0052 not later than the 30th day after the date the local organizing committee, endorsing municipality, or endorsing county submits the request.
