SUBCHAPTER E. DISBURSEMENTS FROM FUND

On payment of all municipal, county, or state obligations under a games support contract or event support contract related to the location of an event in this state, the office shall remit to each endorsing entity, in proportion to the amount contributed by the entity, any money remaining in the fund.
