SUBCHAPTER H. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT--PERMIT ASSISTANCE

Each state agency, on request of the permit office, shall provide assistance, services, facilities, and data to enable the permit office to carry out its duties. An agency is not required to provide information made confidential by a constitution, statute, or judicial decision.
