(a) Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 690 (H.B. 1515), Sec. 16(4), eff. September 1, 2023.

(b) The financial transactions of the fund are subject to audit by the state auditor as provided by Chapter 321.
