SUBCHAPTER E. QUALIFIED PERSON DESIGNATION AND CERTIFICATION

The office shall remove the certification of a qualified person for state benefits under this chapter if the office determines that the construction, renovation, improvement, maintenance, or expansion of a media production facility has not been completed at the qualified media production location for which it has received its certification within the period prescribed by Section 485A.201.
