CHAPTER 492. TEXAS BOARD OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE: GENERAL DUTIES; MEMBERSHIP

Each member of the board and the executive director, in the discharge of a duty, may administer oaths, summon and examine witnesses, and take other actions necessary to determine the truth of a matter about which the member or executive director is entitled to inquire.
