CHAPTER 493. TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE: ORGANIZATION

The financial transactions of the department are subject to audit by the state auditor in accordance with Chapter 321, and the state auditor shall include in the audit report a review of the department's employment practices to ensure that they conform with state law and department policies regarding nepotism.
