CHAPTER 511. COMMISSION ON JAIL STANDARDS

(a) In this section, "state jail felony facility" means a state jail felony facility authorized by Subchapter A, Chapter 507.

(b) The commission shall provide the Texas Department of Criminal Justice with consultation and technical assistance relating to the operation and construction of state jail felony facilities.
