SUBCHAPTER A. FISCAL PROVISIONS

(a) Each health and human services agency shall submit to the commission a biennial agency legislative appropriations request on a date determined by commission rule.

(b) A health and human services agency may not submit the agency's legislative appropriations request to the legislature or the governor until the commission reviews and comments on the request.
